We provided complete HVAC design and installation services for this 17-story, 526,000-square-foot building, which included 502 apartments and retail space. Throughout the project, we stayed on schedule by working closely with design teams and contractors, adapting to programmatic changes as they arose.

Our customer needed HVAC solutions for their luxury apartment and retail building.

Solutions

For this project we:

  • Installed over 9,000 pounds of hydronic pipe
  • Installed 225,000 pounds of ductwork
  • Designed and installed a cogeneration system to reduce energy spend and to help the building’s systems run more efficiently
  • Installed boilers, chillers, cooling towers, water source heat pumps, and split systems
